Job Description

Variosystems is an international electronics service provider seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Manager for our Sri Lanka facility. The ideal candidate will lead industrial engineering activities, manage new product implementation, and ensure efficient PCB assembling processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage New Product Implementation and technical documentation of PCB assembling.
• Communicate with customers on technical and process development.
• Lead industrial engineering staff towards departmental KPI’s achievement.
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Handle technical aspects of RFQ process and new product implementation via SAP ERP system.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the section.

Qualifications:

• Minimum BSc in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of experience in PCB Assembling.
• Knowledge of LEAN management is a plus.
• Experience in SAP ERP system and process improvement techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to guide and lead individuals towards goal achievement.
