Job Description
Variosystems is an international electronics service provider seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Manager for our Sri Lanka facility. The ideal candidate will lead industrial engineering activities, manage new product implementation, and ensure efficient PCB assembling processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage New Product Implementation and technical documentation of PCB assembling.
- Communicate with customers on technical and process development.
- Lead industrial engineering staff towards departmental KPI’s achievement.
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Handle technical aspects of RFQ process and new product implementation via SAP ERP system.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the section.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BSc in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of experience in PCB Assembling.
- Knowledge of LEAN management is a plus.
- Experience in SAP ERP system and process improvement techniques.
- Strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to guide and lead individuals towards goal achievement.
