Job Description
Scope
The Manager – IE, Automation & Digitization heads the IE and Automation function at the Plant. Responsible for overseeing IE activities, skilling operators, and leading automation opportunities. Also, focuses on digitization for real-time monitoring and increased productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to pre-production activities and achieve Production Start Date
- Ensure efficiency targets, process improvements, and accurate MIS reports
- Provide guidance to IE team and integrate automation technologies
- Lead digitization of workflows for enhanced decision-making
Qualifications
- Masters / Bachelors’ Degree in Industrial Engineering or Clothing Technology with GSD Licence
- 6 to 9+ years experience in Industrial Engineering in apparel factory
- Proficiency in ERP software, IoT, and process automation platforms
