Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the destination as a holiday spot and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, customers, and agents.
- Maintain quality standards in all dealings according to SOP.
- Handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Manage customer accounts and agents.
- Provide problem-free customer service.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years work experience in Travel and Tourism Industry.
- Excellent English language and Computer literacy skills.
- Good knowledge of tourism operations, itinerary creation, and tour costing.
- Passion for travel and extensive knowledge of inbound tourism.
- Strong analytical and response abilities to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in German language is a plus.
