Job Description
As the Manager of HRD, you will shape our organization through developing our greatest asset – our people. Your role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive HRD program aligned with our goals. Seeking a strategic thinker with expertise in HRD principles and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic HRD plans supporting organizational objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Identify talent development needs and create tailored plans.
- Collaborate with leaders to address skill gaps and promote diversity.
- Measure effectiveness using metrics and analytics.
- Stay informed on industry trends to innovate our programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Leadership experience in HRD or Talent Management.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning platforms.
- Certification in HRD or related field is a plus.
