Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance in daily HR functions as the Business Partner of the respective Sector/Division.
- Initiate/implement HR process efficiencies and solutions for the sector/division’s overall output.
- Deliver HR services to meet internal customer demands.
- Coordinate and manage the sector/division’s training calendar to support employee training needs.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent within service level agreements.
- Execute the Employee Performance Management Process for timely increments and promotions.
- Support the VP – Group HR in strategic HR Development Initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in HR Management or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- Preferably a master’s degree specialized in HR or General.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HR Operations and people management.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Regulations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for relationship building and change influence.
- Advanced MS Office skills are required.
