Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and guidance in all day-to-day HR functions as the Business Partner of the respective Sector/Division of the Group.
- Support employees with their training needs and manage the training calendar.
- Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances with confidentiality.
- Manage Employee Performance Management Process.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
- At least 7 years of HR experience with 3 years in HR Operations.
- Knowledge of Labor Regulations and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
