Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/Executive Marketing Manager. The Manager/Executive Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the marketing strategies and campaigns of the institute. They will develop marketing plans, execute digital and traditional marketing activities, monitor and analyze marketing performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enrollment and student engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with the education industry and trends
