Job Description
Job Summary: The Manager – Engineering and Maintenance will oversee the engineering and maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of all equipment and infrastructure. The role involves managing a team of technicians, developing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and training.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
