Job Description
A leading FMCG company, Uconnect, is looking for a skilled Manager-Electrical Engineering to become a part of their team.
Role Description:
- Lead the design of electrical systems, power distribution, and automation control systems.
- Oversee multiple projects from planning to execution, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Guide and support the team with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Master’s degree and chartered engineering qualifications preferred.
- Member of IESL.
- Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, and electrical codes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
