Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to lead our newly established Executive Education unit at NEXT Campus, Sri Lanka. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our executive education programs, designed to meet the evolving needs of our corporate clients. As the Manager of this startup unit, you will play a crucial role in overseeing business development, ensuring program quality, and managing the end-to-end delivery of executive education interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Program Development: Collaborate to design impactful training interventions.
• Program Management: Ensure excellence in program delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 professionals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2-3 years in executive education or corporate training, 10+ years in corporate sector.

Skills: Strong business acumen, project management, leadership qualities.

Education: Degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
