Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Manager to oversee Dispute Resolution responsibilities within our Cards Team. You will be responsible for handling chargebacks, advising staff, planning and implementing dispute resolution processes, and more.
Special Skills:
- Ability to work within set timelines
- Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in Credit Card Business/Operations with 2 years in Dispute Resolution
- Knowledge in transaction life cycles, retrieval and chargeback processing, and Credit Card Fraud risk management
