Position Summary:

The Manager- Digital Transformation will lead and oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategies to integrate digital technologies, enhance business processes, and drive innovation to improve efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of digital solutions.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
• Provide training and support to staff to facilitate the transition to new digital processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for digital innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma in a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in bank/ finance company or related company.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
