Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Develop project plans with key milestones.
- Manage software delivery lifecycle efficiently.
- Track progress and optimize outcomes.
- Provide leadership to cross functional teams.
- Implement and improve Agile practices.
- Align project execution with strategic objectives.
- Ensure transparent communication throughout projects.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and project reviews.
- Promote team collaboration and maintain client relationships.
- Implement governance structures for project alignment.
You will be a perfect fit if you have:
- 8-10 years experience with 3-4 years in Software project/delivery management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in managing complex projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in Atlassian and Microsoft product suite.
- CSM, PMP qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience in FinTech domain is a plus.
