Join us as a full-time, Manager — Customer Service and Administration.
- Documentation Management: Timely maintenance of customer-related documentation and communication records.
- Payment Reminders: Preparation and dissemination of monthly payment reminder letters and other required documents.
- Customer File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams on customer matters and assist in issue resolution.
- Payment Follow-up: Monitor client payments and ensure timely collection of dues.
- Client Support: Assist clients with site visits and show-arounds as needed.
- Legal Coordination: Liaise with the legal team for agreement execution and legal documentation.
- Bank Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for tri-party and other customer-related bank matters.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer objectives.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree or equivalent recognized qualifications.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Fluency in English communication and writing.
- Adequate tech skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle high-end clients.
