Job Description

We are a growing Recruitment Service Provider, and our client, SkillzsearchPR, is a leading healthcare company seeking a Manager Consultant Relations & Growth.

Job Profile:

• Relationship Building & Engagement: Develop trust with specialist doctors, attract high-potential specialists to contribute to hospital growth.
• Strategic Initiatives & Service Expansion: Implement strategies to enhance doctor contributions, align clinical services with hospital goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business Management (Marketing/Healthcare/Pharmaceutical) with MBA or related qualification.
• Experience: 5-8 years in hospital/pharmaceutical industry, strong in medical detailing and consultant relations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and business acumen to identify growth opportunities.
