Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at a Consultancy Firm located in Colombo. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects, resources, and teams, as well as providing strategic guidance and expertise to clients. The Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Be fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience in finance.
- Possess a strong understanding of processes including budgeting and forecasting, cash collection, asset management, treasury, payments, etc.
- Have strong client relationship skills, leadership skills, and ability to motivate the team to achieve the client expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in project management/team management/client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of business strategy, operations, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, as well as the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
