OVERVIEW:
Our client, a Leading Information Technology Company, is hiring a Head/Manager of Business Development to drive growth in the BFSI sector in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategic plans for BFSI market expansion in Colombo.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the sector.
- Build and nurture client relationships, offering tailored solutions.
- Lead and coach a team to achieve business development goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes for potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities to senior management.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in BFSI business development or sales roles.
- Understanding of Colombo’s BFSI market landscape and key players.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
