Job Description
A prestigious Life Insurance Organization is in the lookout for a Manager Banca who will oversee operations in Colombo.
Job Profile / Responsibilities:
- Manage resources, staff recruitment (Banca Executives), and conduct training.
- Develop and achieve sales goals, deliver customer service, and grow revenue.
- Provide professional insurance advice to bank customers and coordinate with the company.
The Ideal candidate must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Insurance or related field qualifications preferred.
- Prior insurance sales experience advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Marketing qualification is a plus.
