Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager/Assistant Manager – IT Business Analysis to lead requirement discovery with internal teams and communicate with both internal and external development teams. This role involves identifying user requirements, aligning them with technical solutions, and communicating with the development teams to ensure timely project completion through effective cross-departmental collaboration.

Job Profile

• Provide appropriate technical solutions for user issues by analyzing and understanding business processes
• Verify technical specifications and engage in discussions with both users and development teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external development teams to plan and deliver projects on time.
• Develop and implement software verification plans and quality assurance procedures in line with industry standards.
• Work with internal and external vendors to ensure maintenance services for developed systems.

Personal Profile

• A degree in IT or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or project management
• Sound knowledge of business processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with development teams and other internal departments
• A deep understanding of the latest technological trends and the ability to implement them within the information systems landscape
