Job Description

Join our team as a Manager / Assistant Manager – Facility and Maintenance. We’re looking for someone to ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and running smoothly.

Designation: Manager / Assistant Manager – Facility and Maintenance

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
  • Oversee cleaning staff and outside vendors.
  • Implement and manage maintenance schedules for machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.
  • Keep an organized inventory of spare parts.
  • Collaborate with teams to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years of experience in Facility and Maintenance Management.
  • Proficient with maintenance software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge in fire drilling and first aid.
  • Fluent in Sinhala and English; Tamil is a plus.
  • Great communication and teamwork.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
