Job Description
- Collaborate with HR to streamline and enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee management processes.
- Oversee and govern the entire invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all invoices.
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, providing necessary documentation and logistical support.
- Prepare, organize, and store various sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Responsible for the creation and coordination of technical proposals, working closely with stakeholders, solution teams, management, and customers.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain the vendor portal to ensure compliance with required qualifications and standards.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents. Keep track of tender deadlines, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and maintain tender submissions and outcomes records.
- Serve as a point of contact for the sales department, liaising with other departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and operations.
- Follow and share marketing guidelines and update and maintain marketing and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
