Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team at OntoMatrix. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of our business, including strategies, marketing plans, and products.
Responsibilities:
- Drive daily operations and service of all business areas
- Ensure correct and timely reporting
- Communicate effectively with all staff members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide support to the senior management team
- Help managers complete daily tasks and implement new policies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of current industry trends
