Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in technical projects related to innovation, product development, autonomation, and garment technology.
- Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and feasibility analyses to senior management teams, including Executive committee and Operations committee.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and improvements in technical processes.
- Develop practical, data-driven solutions and recommendations to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- B.Eng. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical and Process, Material Science, Textile and Clothing or a BSc. In Chemistry, Physics or Applied Science
- Thorough knowledge in Excel, power point, power apps
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a diverse team culture
