Job Description

Futures is a leading provider of software, web solutions, and IT consultancy services in Sri Lanka. As a Management Trainee at EFutures, you will undergo comprehensive training to excel in various managerial roles. Responsibilities include assisting project managers, project planning, and supporting sales teams. Mandatory requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 6+ months of IT Project Management experience, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project activities.
• Assist in project planning and monitoring progress.
• Handle monthly client billing and payment of service providers.
• Prepare reports on project progress.
• Support the PMO in executing project management processes.
• Assist the Sales department with marketing emails and presentations.
• Organize project meetings and presentations.
• Participate in training sessions to develop project management skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 6+ months IT Project Management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
