Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Management Accountant for a prominent manufacturing company in Katunayake. Responsibilities include financial report preparation, data analysis, and offering strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
- Create financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance to drive business growth.
- Aid in budget preparation and monitoring key metrics.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Conduct cost analysis and ensure policy compliance.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide financial aid to departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
