Job Description

Tea Tang (Pvt) Ltd is a leading tea manufacturing and value addition company with a strong commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for tea bagging equipment.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot problems on tea bagging machines.
• Oversee maintenance and repair activities for tea bagging equipment, ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external service providers.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records for tea bagging operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance role within tea bagging operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in tea bagging machinery.
• Experience with chiller AC units and solar power systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
