Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Smeralda Properties PVT LTD in Dikwella. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and industrial maintenance tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Maintenance & Repair, Industrial Maintenance abilities
- Experience in identifying and resolving maintenance issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Technical certification or relevant training in maintenance field
- Experience as an electrician and plumber is a plus
