Job Description
RIL is an owner, developer, and manager of Grade ‘A’ commercial office space in select core markets in Colombo. Join our team as Maintenance Technician (Air Conditioning / Electrical), if you are dynamic, ambitious, and energetic.
- NVQ Level – 3 or 4 Acceptable trade qualifications in Electrical/ Mechanical or Air Conditioning field.
- Minimum 03 years of experience as a Technician or Electrician.
- Building maintenance experience is an added advantage.
- Age range: 25-35 years.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and Energy Management & ISO 5001 knowledge is beneficial.
- Candidates with no experience will also be considered.
