Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of showrooms and head office facilities.
• Prepare and implement maintenance schedules.
• Hire and supervise tradesmen for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Contribute to the maintenance budget and monitor inventory.
• Coordinate projects like renovations and new showroom openings.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Basic budgeting skills.
