Job Description
We are looking for a competent Maintenance Executive to manage maintenance in our showrooms and the head office. You will be responsible for the smooth running, upkeep, repair and maintenance operations of all showrooms and head office facilities.
You must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. You must have technical skills and knowledge of various areas such as carpentry, plumbing, wiring etc.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting showrooms and head office facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Preparing maintenance schedules and coordinating work.
- Supervising tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance.
- Maintaining building systems and contributing to budget planning.
- Monitoring inventory and participating in project coordination.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a maintenance officer or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, health & safety practices, and budgeting.
Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
High school diploma; vocational degree and professional certifications preferred.
