Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Maintenance Engineer at InTalent Asia. Are you ready to take your career to new heights?
Requirements:
- HND/NDES/NDT with at least 3 years experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic fields.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Experience in a food production facility at a supervisory level would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of networking, CCTV, and computer software is an additional qualification.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of premises, plant, and machinery with minimum supervision.
- Responsible for planning and handling production facility layout changes and machine layout changes.
- Liaise with service providers to order or request specific services as needed.
- Handle insurance processes for machinery covered under the insurance policy.
- Maintain spare parts stock records and records of all maintenance work.
- Prepare work rosters and schedules for subordinates.
