Job Description
Representative, Customer Service and Support
Close coordination with international customers, manufacturers, service providers to ensure seamless cargo flow from origin to destination.
Shipment planning as per given guidelines & rules to optimize equipment mix.
Achieve operational milestones (KPIs) set in line with international benchmarks.
Associate Representative, Customer Service and Support
Timely follow-up with Exporters / shipping lines / agents to acquire shipping documents Verification shipping.
Verify documentation for its accuracy and completeness, organize & dispatch to destinations enabling cargo clearance at destination.
Achieve operational milestones (KPIs) set in line with international benchmarks.
Senior Coordinator, Country Operations
Monitor, report & improve performance of the warehouse operation.
Plan & work closely with warehouse team to arrange resources for inbound / outbound shipments.
Conduct periodic audits (compliance, Safety and security), work towards improving service quality of the operation.
Key Competencies & Education Qualifications
A Degree or a Diploma in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
Successful completion of GCE A/L examination & possess “Credit” passes for English & Mathematics in GCE O/L examination.
Proficient in handling computer software packages (MS-office).
Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
