Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to customer queries and disputes regarding shipment weights within the given time frame and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Investigate and resolve weight discrepancies in collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers to find cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct daily follow-ups on under-processed shipments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update sales inquiry reports, keeping the sales team informed of pending shipments and discrepancies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency.
• Assist in negotiating terms with customers and suppliers to resolve disputes, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to handle weight disputes in a timely and professional manner, minimizing disruptions to operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Economics
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the logistics or aviation industry is a plus
