Job Description
As a Logistics Solutions Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass both logistical expertise and customer-centric support.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in a courier company or freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities:
Logistics Solutions:
- Coordinate courier packages for timely delivery.
- Monitor shipment tracking and address issues proactively.
Customer Service:
- Be the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate shipment updates and collaborate with internal teams for optimal service delivery.
