Job Description
TeKnowledge Shared Services is seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Junior Executive / Executive – Logistics. The ideal candidate will excel in global logistics, possess excellent attention to detail, and deliver consistent excellence. This role offers the opportunity to be part of the Global Management Team, working remotely from distribution sites worldwide.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Organize international air/sea freight as per stakeholders’ requirements.
- Coordinate and plan weekly/monthly shipment schedules.
- Supervise invoice verification and ensure timely dispatch of shipment documents.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders for smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Operational Aspects of International Trade.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.
- Knowledge of Airport Operations, Warehouse Administration, Cargo handling, and Import/Export processes.
- Data analytical skills and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work on a 24/7 US Time zone basis.
