Job Description
We are hiring a Shipping Executive at Freight Right.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air and sea freight shipments.
- Liaise with carriers and stakeholders.
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments.
- Resolve transportation issues.
- Negotiate freight rates.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in freight coordination.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and INCOTERMS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Certification in freight forwarding is a plus.
