Job Description
Process commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracy
Communicate with internal/external customers, trading desks, freight forwarders, and vendors
Ensure timely processing of export shipments and monitor accounts payable/receivable
Create and present export documentation in compliance with import/export laws
Submit document instructions to industry providers and verify sanctioned party screenings
Maintain organized export files and support cross-functional business departments
Ensure compliance with export laws, continue education on industry requirements
Apply and settle contract applications, create loading instructions for elevators
