Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers for mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategy adaptation.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
