Job Description
About the Role:
- Oversee factory logistics operations (transportation, planning, execution)
- Ensure order accuracy, manage picking & checking processes
- Verify logistics documents for shipments (inbound/outbound)
- Guarantee shipment accuracy & prevent damage
- Maintain work schedules, assign & track tasks effectively
- Supervise a clean & organized work environment
- Build strong relationships with transportation & carrier partners
- Resolve logistics problems & address customer complaints
- Maintain accurate & timely records, reports
- Lead & manage a team (set goals, monitor performance)

- Dispatch & loading accuracy
- On-time deliveries
- Cost savings
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 5+ years of logistics & warehouse experience
- Warehouse & logistics management expertise
- Warehouse management software & database proficiency
- Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (data analysis)
- Proven leadership, team building & coaching skills
- Excellent negotiation & listening abilities
- Teamwork & decision-making skills in a team environment
- Cross-cultural awareness
- Fluent written & English communication
