Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Negombo for a Lifeguard at Marebo swimming pool. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons at the swimming pool. Your responsibilities will include monitoring swimming activities, enforcing safety rules, providing first aid in case of emergencies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires excellent swimming skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Qualifications
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety guidelines
- Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid
- Ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergency situations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to swim long distances
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
