Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Raise, manage, and close support tickets using Jira.
- Level 1 Support: Handle basic troubleshooting and resolution of user issues.
- Level 2 Support: Investigate and resolve complex application issues.
- Escalation: Escalate Level 3 issues with detailed documentation.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with users and teams.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive issue documentation and user guides.
- Monitoring: Monitor application performance and user activities.
- +1 Year of experience in similar capacity is required.
