Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer to join our team at KBSL Information Technologies Limited. Help us uphold strong statutory and corporate governance standards in the fast-paced Information Technology sector.
The Legal Officer will be responsible for monitoring and advising on legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements. Ensuring compliance with industry practices and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and draft legal agreements and instruments.
- Attend contract renewals and executions.
- Negotiate contract terms.
- Provide legal advice and representation.
- Maintain accurate legal records.
- Assist in drafting Company Policies.
- Oversee day-to-day legal activities.
Qualifications:
- Attorney-at-Law with LLM preferred.
- Registered Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.
- 3-4 years of legal experience.
- Research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Integrity, teamwork, and proficiency in legal tools.
