Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer in Colombo & Kurunegala. The Legal Officer will be responsible for tasks related to Business Law, Legal Consulting, Legal Document Preparation, and Contract Law on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Business Law and Contract Law skills
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal officer.
• Strong understanding of general Law
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or passed the Bar exam
