Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Manager Legal for an FMCG company in Colombo. The role involves driving legal and compliance initiatives through robust documentation, effective processes, and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting business contracts, deeds, court proceedings, and corporate policies.
- Evaluating legal risks in business activities to ensure compliance.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies on legal matters.
- Assisting in establishing legal processes to support company goals.
- Conducting legal training sessions and managing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Qualified Attorney-at-Law with at least 7 years of post-qualifying experience.
- National license to practice in Colombo or Gampaha District.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
