Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Legal Executive to join our team at MAC Holdings (Private) Limited. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to our legal team.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and briefs.
- Provide assistance to the legal team in preparing for meetings and trials.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Assist in reviewing and organizing legal documentation.
