Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning and Development Executive to join our team at FMCG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a critical role in driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Identify training needs across various departments and design tailored training programs.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure that training programs meet specific operational needs.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure all training records are accurately maintained.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a learning and development role or similar HR function.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
