Assistant Manager – Talent Development & HR Operations

JOB ROLE:
This role will assist the General Manager-HR, in Talent Development, Recruitment and HR Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy.
- Align training needs with business strategies.
- Select and manage external trainers for required trainings.
- Facilitate performance evaluation process.
- Organize induction for new employees.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- HRM degree or equivalent from recognized institution.
- 4 years of HR experience.
- Training and development qualification is an advantage.
