Job Description
The position will be responsible for driving employee growth through impactful learning strategies, fostering empowerment, and maximizing workforce potential. Create a culture dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services.
Personal Profile:
- Design and implement learning strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop targeted programs.
- Collaborate with department heads for effective training plans.
- Design and deliver OD and change management strategies.
- Create a coaching culture for performance enhancement.
Job Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in LMS and talent development tools.
- Qualification in counseling and coaching is a plus.
