Job Description

To provide strong support for the Training Coordinator in all administrative aspects including scheduling, data collection, database management, reporting, vendor sourcing, venue setup, material preparation, budget management, and learner progress evaluation. The Learning and Development Administrator will collaborate with the team to achieve department goals.

Job Requirements

• English Language score: Ideally C1, Upper B2 for Admin role.
• Degree in Learning and Development/HR preferred.
• Experience in training administration or similar role.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to design training graphics and use Canva.
• Highly organized with multitasking skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
