What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers.

- Conduct initial interviews.

- Build a pipeline of potential candidates and maintain records.
- Provide updates on recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends.

- 5-6 years of technical recruiting experience.
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments.
